A developer at Gametap tried to call me at work the other day......unfortunately I told him to call back and he never did....then I tried to call Gametap this morning and was told they would call back later.............guess they're not going to call considering it is 3 AM now. I understand that I am a "minority" that is having this problem........not many people are experiencing this problem...so it's not really a "big deal" to everyone......but honestly doesn't every customer have the right to ask for a little attention to their situation? It's been a couple of weeks now with this thread open, a support ticket open with Cyan, and even one open with Gametap..
Please help.
