Reader Jersey , losing 18-16 in dramatic fashion.That was the last game McCarron started in his Cincy tenure, but he remained one of the more prominent backups in the league.In October 2017, the Bengals were close to a trade to send McCarron to division rival Cleveland for a second round pick and a third round pick.
